“A growth hacker is not a replacement for a marketer. A growth hacker is not better than marketer. A growth hacker is just different than a marketer.”
Within our consultancy practice we cover growth consultancy (the acquisition, conversion and retention of new members for organisations), and more broad communications strategy and PR.
This has ranged from creating campaigns for organisations for political lobbying to devising strategies to attract new members to an organisation.
As a starting point we help organisations define their goal in the simplest of terms – not always the simplest of tasks! From there we look audiences, previous data, build on past experiences and evaluate the internal infrastructure of an organisation to be able to support whatever recommendations that we conclude.
Our preferred method is to work in partnership with organisations and to integrate as fully as possible with the existing teams – so that we can truly understand the requirements, opportunities and limitations that we are dealing with.
Most recently we devised the Keep Britain Afloat campaign for CSEU, with the aim of saving 40,000 jobs in the ship-building sector – a campaign centred on social media, but promoting direct user interaction with government. We chose to focus on how the government’s inaction in this particular issue would directly affect the lives of thousands of workers, their families and communities.
