When you use our contact form If you get in touch via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, pass your details to third parties, or use your information for any purpose beyond handling your request.
When you visit our website We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data about your visit — pages viewed, time spent, general location, and device type. It does not identify you personally. The legal basis for processing your data
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent, which is collected via our cookie consent tool when you first visit the site.
How long we keep your data
We retain contact form enquiries for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics’ standard data retention settings, which you can adjust in your Google account.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we process it, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing.
