How we work

Automation projects start with a workflow audit – understanding what your team actually does, step by step, and where the friction is. The most valuable automations are usually the unglamorous ones: the thing someone does every Monday morning that takes an hour and could take thirty seconds.

We build on platforms appropriate to your organisation’s scale and technical confidence – Zapier, n8n, and Make for most integration work, Airtable for structured data, custom development where off-the-shelf tools aren’t sufficient. We document everything clearly and train the people who’ll be maintaining it.
