Community platform projects require more discovery than most. The way people actually use a membership platform is often quite different from what the organisation imagines – and building the wrong thing at this scale is an expensive mistake.

We invest time at the start in understanding your community: how they join, how they engage, what they need most, and where the current setup is letting them down. From there we build a specification that reflects real needs rather than assumed ones.

We work primarily in WordPress for membership and community functionality, and LearnDash for course and learning platform builds. For larger or more complex requirements we assess the right architecture for the specific need rather than applying a standard template.
